I loved this workout. Every single segment was just right. I looked up at the clock and could not believe we had been at it for 40 minutes already. The minutes absolutely flew by. Lots of giggles, you all had me laughing. (Favorite part: Chris using Louie for a weight!)

I loved the variety in this workout and doing each exercise twice (however you say it!) is perfect for me to try to improve my form on the second round. Amanda you are great fun and kept me entertained. I also actually really enjoyed those nasty skull crushers and the calf raises (I might take that back tomorrow if I can't walk 😅!) Thank you Chris and Amanda for making my after party happy.

Great workout. Trying to do 2 strength workouts for every step class. My goal is to graduate to heavier dumbbells when I can. Thanks for stressing the importance of strength training. I’ve actually begun looking forward to it. 👍🏻

A great 50-minute total body strength workout! While doing the chest press, you instructed us to make sure our knuckles were facing up towards the ceiling, and I noticed that my wrists were bent backwards, causing strain on my wrists. This small change made a difference in the feel of the move. I always appreciate that you point what we should not do, as well as what we should do, almost as if we have a personal instructor. Thank you, Christina & Amanda for making us laugh while we're working out! 😃

This is a very challenging strength workout, especially that Bonus round! I was happy to see that today’s session is a full body workout, I missed Wednesday’s lower body because we had a huge wind and rain storm in the greater Seattle area. We lost power, internet for a couple days so I am very grateful to be safe and that electricity is restored. I am also happy with myself that I could do that tree pose with triceps, staying steady, unlike the tree that fell on, crushing half our garden shed!

🎵 head and shoulders knees and toes….🎵. Really! That is what this workout is and everything in between. Finally getting back into strength more faithfully. Only twice a week but I do notice the changes! I love using the bands! It just adds enough of a difference to make me think about what I’m doing. Thanks as always Chris! 🤗💕😎

I really enjoyed this workout. 50 min flew by! When there are repeats, I prefer this format where we repeat each segment instead of doing every move in the workout and then repeating them all. Thank you!

I finally purchased those resistance bands and used them. Mine have a bunch of different levels so I went with the middle and it seemed OK. Maybe it is the Canadian in me but I agree with Liam about the repeats thing, doing something twice is a single repeat...you do the action once and then repeat it. I rather enjoyed that workout, thanks girls!
