It was so hard to get on the mat this morning but after maybe the three first squat and lunge exercises I was ready to crush it. My mantra for this one was : focus on great form and strength. It was wonderful thank you so so so much KayKay !!!

I'm so glad I found your channel. Some of your exercises are too advanced for me, however, you do them slowly, which allows me to at least try to do them without completely giving up. If I can do 2 or 3 that is fine with me as long as I'm challenging my body, building strength and endurance. I can progress to more reps as I get stronger. Thank you so much.

Ich war heute so richtig unmotiviert! Wollte nur mal in die Premiere reinschauen und schwups hat es mich gepackt und ich stand im Sportoutfit auf der Matte! OMG no jumping and still very challenging. Loved it; I didn`t feel like jumping today after the 30 min cardio to celebrate 700 K yesterday 🥵 so this FB with weight was perfect and did it with 2 x 12 kg 💪💪 Thank you Kaykay to make me able to be stronger and stronger ..... But still far away from your level .... Who knows ... one day perhaps . Love 🙏💋❤

loved this. I use 6kg and 4kg DBs based on the different exercises. I was flabbergasted when you did the chest flies with 9kg DBs. You have a beautiful body, great inspiration
