Einfach stark…. Man muss sich selbst challengen und auch mal mehr Gewicht wagen habe bei 5/6 Übungen 10 kg geschafft 🎉🎉🎉 sonst 9 kg bin Mega stolz es war mal wieder eine perfekte Mischung. Und auch das Core mit dumbells war fand ich persönlich der perfekte Abschluss 🤩

This went by so fast🔥 I really loved the repeats in this one. I dont know how you do the curls with 10kgs!! One day I want to be able to do it 💪🏽💪🏽 I added a 30 min low impact HIIT to get the heartrate up. Amazing work Kaykay ❤❤❤
