This was a burner! I'm doing the 12 week burnout for the 3rd time. I'm so excited to see that I was able to consistently use 35 or 40 lbs weights. Thank you Vera for such an amazing free program.

Yes Vera, it is always an amazing 🤩 feeling after one of your workouts 🏋️‍♀️ but I would not have it any other way even if I do have to peel my leggings and sports bra off when I’m done. Chose this one because it’s so relatable that the fluff ball would place itself just where you intend to go. Good workout, only usually do full body workouts so was a nice change.

I had to modify like a mother-flower🌸 a couple times (😂 , that nordic quad killer had me like 5* range or 1/4 of Senorita 🔥, but I got mine!) Such a blast of positive power, really enjoy training with you & squad🏋 💯💪

This was very knee heavy and at times I thought I couldn't get through it but I never gave up and even got through the Burn Out. I was also able to go up in weight which had me dripping sweat from start to finish. I love your workouts and have my husband working out to them as well (we compete and keep each other accountable daily)😃 Thanks for great content!

I love your little kitty girl. She’s so well behaved. I was unable to push myself up on one leg like you were doing in set 4. My knees can’t take all my weight on one leg 🦵😧. I had to use both feet. Otherwise it was an awesome workout. I did day 3&4 today back to back.

Another totally amazing workout. I used 12.5kg dumbbell each, as I don't have 11's and for Tri Set 8 used 20kg sandbag, thought I would try and push the limits. I loved all the exercises, don't think I have a particular favorite. The use of the booty band was great addition, think I need to purchase an extra heavy one. Thank you Vera for all your time and dedication, I am so pleased I stumbled across your channel. I am a huge fan.

My mind says I can TOTALLY stand up using only one leg, it looks easy! My body on the other hand… just laughs. So I use my hands on the bench and do the best I can until I get stronger. We all have to start somewhere, right!? Thanks so much for your workouts. I love them!

This was killer! Thank you!! Always chuckling at your workout furriend. She was convinced several times you were sitting to cuddle it seemed, then gave up! Quick question...I noticed in the side steps that you tapped your toes on your left foot. Was that to add more of a challenge?

And now I know why I was called 'chicken legs' as a kid 😆 Upside - I have lot of opportunity to gain lean muscle with workouts like this. Oh - also noticed that holding the dumbell in goblet squats is great to engage mid-lats which often get ignored! Thanks for another great workout!

Hi Nina! Well done! We need a rest day around the full body days to prevent training the same muscles for two days in a row, which is the reason the rest days are set up this way on the calendar 💖

Vera i have a question for you , our fasting month is starting in a day or two.Its 16 hours dry fast, we fast for 30 days.What would you suggest how should i continue training and how long workout is appropriate as dry fasting does make me low in energy .

Thank you so much for the question! I would recommend you workout at least an hour or two after you are able to eat if you have the energy for it. My roommate a long time ago was from Senegal and she followed the fast, and she would have a meal (I believe at sun down?), wait for an hour or so and then do a workout. I would go based off of your energy levels. Perhaps use lighter weights for the workouts and always make sure you are not feeling dehydrated or lighthearted. If you’re able, I would recommend a rehydrating drink like Gatorade or LiquidIV if you can 💕 does that help?

Excellent iam following your classes for some time now and I find them very professional and effective 👍 the flows are well set and I really enjoy them. Unfortunately there many publicity spots popping up during the class which interrupt the flows the most of the times in the middle of a session. Additionally these spots are not related to sport content. With all the respect of monetizing your excellent work is there another way to reduce them or at least place them during the intervals. Once more thank you for your excellent classes.

Thank you so much! Every single ad is placed during break periods, there are never any ads during the workout itself. Moreover, the ads are placed during points where I took a break myself. I have no control over the content of the ads- that’s decided on by Google based on your activity. I hope you do take a few seconds to watch at least some of the ads as that’s what allows me to keep the content free to use. Of course, you are free to purchase KZbin premium for less than 50c per day to skip all ads💖 hope that helps & I truly appreciate your support!

Love all your videos and the cat in them really adds to it! It’s so fluffy and cute😁 I just wonder, I’ve always heard we’re supposed to rest muscle groups in between days and sometimes I feel like maybe we’re not doing that in these videos. Is that just old/bad info? No offense intended, just asking😊

There are no exercises that reduce the size of your legs. You can’t target size reduction of any area with exercise.
