Can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Vera and her workouts. She really pushes me, has introduced me to cool new exercises that make me feel like a pro when I’m doing them, but are manageable whilst giving me a sense of achievement. And most of all, I’m seeing the results. Her intro is right to the point, her music is perfect and I just love her ❤️

Good 😊 morning everyone. Workout completed shower taken now to start my day. Thanks Vera love working the back it’s one of my favorites. When you lower the dumbbells it’s like you can feel every muscle work in your back it’s just a great feeling. A strong back makes for a strong upper body 💪 . Have a good day all !!!! 💕

Vera can we talk about superset 4 : OMG 🥵 It did not look like much but My Oh My. It was so hard. I almost screamed at you 😂😂😂. Great workout 👍🏾. Thank you for showing us how an exercise looks from the back. It really allows us to focus on our form. Thanks Vera 🙏🏾

Wow! This was tough for me today...woke up not wanting to workout due to sleep interruptions from a thunderstorm but I pushed myself and once I finished my warm up I felt better but the side plank arm fly!? I believe you're trying to kill me Vera, lol🤣😂 tough upper body workout but loved the lower back circuit! Great job Vera and thank you, I always feel so strong after your workouts!😉

I have an old injury that resurfaced. I've been going out for walks more often so this peroneal tendonitis has come back. So until it heals, I'm sure grateful for your upper body workouts. The last time this flared up, there weren't workouts like yours so I had a hard time getting a decent workout. Thanks Vera for making my day!

What a fantastic workout. I had a range of different dumbbell weight out and tried to maximize the use and go heavy as I could but trying to concentrate on form. The side plank felt so good, I did have to take a pause once each side, I have to say. Really enjoyed this one, thank you so much again Vera.

whoooooo....day 9!!!! Vera, could you show how you hold the heavy dumbells when doing a row for example. I cant always see the right way to hold em. backhand or front...AND Loving this program. Feeling stronger already after almost 2 weeks. Lets goooooooo.

Hi Vera! I just found your channel; your strength and musculature are just so incredible and inspiring! I just started but I could only manage the exercises with 1 kg and 2 kg dumbbells, and barely made it to the end! :(

Oh yes forgot to say that in the cool down section, the stretch with legs over head felt so good. I managed to get my toes to touch the floor, awesome stretch for the spine. I also found it helps if you relax into the move with slowing your breathing down.

Weight is always provided for each individual dumbbell in pounds and kgs. Remember to always control your speed - the slower & more controlled you go, the more challenging it is.
