I am so very grateful for your offerings. I fell off a stool and after that had a 12 hour drive. I was a mess. A total mess. I knew I just needed your class. I was so right. I'm good to go now. You saved me! You are really the best, don't every leave us! Namaste

Thank you for sharing your time with us. One of the reasons I started following your channel was your videos with no music, like this one. Please continue to make some without music sometimes. You are appreciated by the music people and the no-music people

I’m new to your practice and I’m loving it! My only problem is that I have been doing hip opening stretches for couple of a years but my right side seems just as tight from day one. How long should it take to start feeling the release/relief? The pain from my right hip walking or driving for longer than a hour has gotten worse. I was 42 when my right hip started bothering me. I read yoga has helped many others with hip issues so then started to practice faithfully. I’m happy I found you. Your yin is what my body has been craving. Even though poses for the right hip are tough for me it feels so good after. Thank you 😊
@ShaunnekaHewitt3 жыл бұрын
Hey Monib! Welcome, so glad you've found me🙂. As for the hip pain, I would always recommend consulting a medical professional. Yoga is great, but it could also be irritating, if there is an underlying issue. For instance, my low back pain is usually caused by my hip flexors, so while I still do "low back" releasing postures, I balance it out with some hip flexor poses as well. I also sought out a wonderful Osteopath that I see regularly for maintenance.
