This is day two with you. Even though I am still having trouble getting even close to the poses, I am not beating myself up and am telling myself "It is just something new, it's onlly your second day, you are showing up and that is what matters most.' You do make it seem easier and gentler than a lot of the other people I sampled and couldn't get past 1 min in. haha. Some seem so complicated. Thank you for offering these for free on KZbin. I have a feeling this is the start of a great relationship with your conetnt.

Hey Devi, Great session as always! Do I see right you are less suggesting cat's tail as an alternative? One of my favourite posture and would like to know if it is not that recommended for some reason.

Good question! Yes, if your body loves cat's tail you can do it just about anytime as an alternative to yin twist. For people like you who have the skeletability for this pose, it can be a better way to feel the stretch in the spinal column. This pose is not always included in my sequences because it doesn't suit everyone's anatomy, and also because it's such a complex pose - adding a quad and hip flexor stretch to the twist. This complexity may be a good thing when you're wanting more intensity, but if you're aiming for relaxation and simplicity in yin, then a basic twist may be a better choice.
