Hi Sydney, A group of us at work (Vancouver Canada:))have been doing your video's at lunch and we are so appreciative of all your hard work in keeping classes interesting, challenging, always changing and fun. Thank you so very much! We usually did an express class at a local rec center but due to COVID everything was shut down. You have kept us going. We don't have a lot of equipment so your classes without equipment have been so helpful! We did purchase bands the loop type that help mix things up. If you had a chance we would be so appreciative of a couple of classes that are around 40 to 45 minutes long that include the booty bands and HIIT/Cardio, a good mix. Thank you so much!

Today I decided to try 25lbs for my starter weight for the drop set AND I managed 1 and a half reps. BUT that is HUGE for me, especially since I was still able to do my 20lbs for about 7 reps before dropping to my 15lbs. Thank you SO much Sydney, like honestly, I am SO pumped over that one rep. Especially since on the weekend one of my husband's work friends was talking about needing to find weights, so I told him where he could find them. The dude looked me up and down and condescendingly said, " I am not looking for those dinky 5lb weights, but REAL weights". I looked him up and down and said, "Well SIR, I neither am I." (my husband snickered) Not to mention that body weight, 2lbs, 5lbs, where ever you are at IS a start and any start is good. Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone

I was able to do more reps with a 20lb dumbbell than I used to be able to do!! I became stronger! Also, I love you did different moves to work the triceps (tricep push ups, tricep kickbacks, and tricep extensions!). My favorite are the kickbacks!

Was gonna say super proud for pushing up to 20s for the bicep curls, even though (first time around) had to drop after 4 reps. But then the second time around I made it 8, and then for the drop set I didn’t go below 15s the entire time! For real two weeks ago I wouldn’t go above 10s for open faced curls 😅 seeing real improvement!

OK, 2 things: 1) I've been doing triceps dips for as long as you've been alive, Sydney, and never knew that you were supposed to FLEX at the top of the move. UG. Thanks for pointing that out. 2) I am a new fan of drop sets. My biceps are super swollen from that. I will, on my own, do it to total failure next time, as opposed to the timed one. Double thanks for the info. And, as always, for the primo pep talk at the end. You are a star in this dark sky.

Fabulous! I really felt the difference with a three pound dumbbell on my back doing the plank move. My arms are smoking and for all arms used my mismatched 10lbs (worked for me) and triceps ext 15lb kettle bell.
