Hi Lindsey, some of my comments are going to have to be in my country's slang. I am living in Jamaica. This is going to be a little long. I am 49 years old and did heart surgery in 2014 for a birth defect. I have never been able to really exercise with intensity. I usually exercise on and off but this February I decided to do some of your workouts and really enjoyed them. I was thinking of trying something new this month based on youtubers. I decided to do this one today, however and holy bananas, I loved it. You brought me back to the fold. I couldn't do the scissors kicks but made it through everything else. Thank you for believing in us you have made me feel as if I can do anything in 10 seconds. My 25 year old saw me doing one of your exercises and said "wha mummy a so you a gwaan, dem exercise deh hard enuh" (patois). I know chances are you don't understand what that means but I felt so proud of myself. You had me saying "Lindsey man" when you came with something hard, gas in the tank I was running on fumes. Thank you soooo much. God bless you and yours. Sorry for the length.

Phew! Dripping sweat. Didn't get those ninja jumps. Was afraid I'd bust my knee, but opted for jump squats to keep my heart rate up. Thanks to you both!

Please do more of these, Lindsey! That was amazing! I tried to keep up with you, but when I couldn't, I figured out ways to stay somewhere in between your and Rachel's intensity. It was challenging but so fun!

I did this workout when it came out and didn't even try the ninja jumps. I did it again today and did them!! I still can't get the scissor kicks down (not that coordinated!! haha) but I cannot believe I did those jumps! Feeling stronger every day.

You weren’t kidding that this was tough lol!!! I could do everything but the ninja hop ups, my 60 year old body wouldn’t comply haha .Did full push-ups to compensate 🤣 Thanks Lindsey and Rachel😘 Now to shower off the sweat haha

Very very very effective! Love to mix the plyo with the compound movements like snatches, etc. Plz plz more plyo combined with compound stuff!!!!!!!

That was TOUGH! 🔥 A friend once gave me an amazing piece of advice, it was ‘just keep showing up’. He said that sometimes, when he went to the gym, he’d just have a coffee and not train. It didn’t matter because he kept in the habit of going to the gym. I practice this in everything I do. Now, if I don’t feel like working out, I give myself permission to only do half the workout but, 9 times out of 10, I finish it. Just getting my workout gear on and ‘showing up’ is enough. I started this workout yesterday and only got through the first set. Today I’m back and I nailed it! Thank you girls for your motivation and energy. Much love to you and the team! ❤

I loved this workout. It was so much fun. The scissor kicks were not pretty 😂 but I did them haha and the ninja jumps, I loved! 🥷 It definitely made me feel like an athlete.

This was such a great workout. Loved the options and modifications (and that the modifications were still challenging). The creativity of this workout was pretty amazing. I will definitely come back to this one again.

I loved your pull up story reminds me of me. I had my third child at 40 and thought I may never do pull ups again but the other day I did 10! Definitely a proud mom moment and training with you is a big part of me being able to do that! Your workouts are so fun and challenging

Great workout! Funny because right after you got done talking about your son being impressed by your ninja jumps my 5 year old son walks in as I'm doing those and says, "Wow mom that takes a lot of power!" 😆 It certainly kept me going!

This was my first HIIT workout postpartum with my second. It was perfect! I remember doing my first ever ninja jump after my first with this workout. Just like you said in the video, I'm not where I was after my first but that's ok!

Wow what a workout! Would love more like this. Got some goals to work towards - scissor kick and ninja get ups. BUT I (13 months postpartum) finally did some push ups from my toes (all the ones with the climbers), so stoked to have reached that goal. Thank you!

I LOVE this workout! Once I figured out the ninja move (shoe laces on the ground), it was go time! I will be repeating this many times. Thank you for these wonderful workouts! 💙👏🏽🧎🏽‍♀️

This was an amazing and motivating workout, Thank you, Lyndsey, for pushing us and making us stronger. I needed this so bad, was having a "mood" day and you just made my day. Please bring more of this. Love the progressions to get to the power "killer" moves, those lunge scissors absolutely killed me... but I DID IT!!! Thank you, Thank you from Taos, NM.
