I agree! I have someone I follow on the treadmill and one for the spin bike that I really like. But, as far as strength training and especially the use of dumbbells, there is NO ONE like Sydney! Her workout structure, the way she explains form, and her encouragement is exactly what I need to succeed. There are a few others that I follow, but none like Sydney. I was going to the gym for a couple of years and while I was not one of those sitting on their phones posting "I'm at the gym!" pics, I was not doing any good for myself. I lack the structure and focus to workout on my own. I was just going through the motions and even got to where I was dreading going. Then I found Sydney and found a little corner of the gym, the started working out to her videos. Now I have my own workout room at home and actually look forward to working out every morning! Sorry for the long comment 😂

Sydney your workout programs have kept me consistent since October! I know it doesn't seem like a long time to most, but it's a big deal to me. I've been doing your workouts for a year now and I've never looked back. I'm down 70lbs and your pep talks keep me going. My husband and I would like to have a baby in a year and seeing you workout during your pregnancy gives me the motivation and strength i need. As someone who has always been over 300lbs I didnt want to have a baby because i thought it would ruin everything I've worked so hard to get too, but seeing you keep going I appreciate you more than you know! ❤️

I’ve worked out for over 20 years consistently to be fit but now my WHY is the biggest best and easiest as I now strength train so that I can continue to be so strong to care for my non-ambulatory rare disease 5 year old. I can lift, move and transfer his 40 lbs of dead weight easy (now) he is only going to get bigger. But now that I found Sydney (16 months ago) I have the PERFECT TRAINER to condition me to be my strongest and fittest. I am so grateful!!

Workout complete! Spent a not so sleepful night at children's hospital with my son last night. Fridge went out. Washer needed repaired. So many things in the past month and a half that have been hard and expensive- but Sydney's workouts are free and I am able to move- so I'm thankful!! ❤

I'm starting to love split squats 😄 Makes me work super hard, but also makes me feel strong! Today I used 2 x 8 kg dumbbells, not the heaviest weight I have used but still gave a good burn 🥵 Also thank you Sydney and Dustin, started my 4. year with you this month ❤
