I strength train 3 to 4 days a week but every 7 to 10 days I do a workout like this. Important for so many things beyond muscle and weight loss . These workouts have a place in every well rounded program. I've been grateful for your content for years. THANK YOU

I've been training with you since 2021... I made it through the 21 days fitness challenge, through the summer seven challenge, through other level 5 and level 6 challenges... I've been training with you every week since then. You don't need to apologize to us... Life happens and some stuff need to stay behind when we're chasing other goals. Thank you for all the knowledge and all the content you shared with us. And thank you for inspiring guys like me to push through our limits and to go even further beyond. Either way, what's up already is enough for a lifetime. Thank you, tons! I've been a chubby dude from a chubby family with terrible metabolism my whole life. Now at 46 after a couple pandemic years of these videos (and workout dance videos too), I look like someone from on TV. Nobody even recognizes me, it's like stepping into a super hero body. I'll always be grateful, this was here when I was finally ready to find some simple bodyweight way to exercise alone. (Forming the habit is everything, do something every day even when it feels stupid and impossible- just a little bit every day until it doesn't suck anymore.)

Man... this workout was extreme, even to keep up with you! It's sad news that you are not going to upload more videos for body-weight Since 2020, as you said, I've been working out with your videos. Full 4 years doing your body-weights workouts, and I don't have in mind to change and start going to the Gym. This workouts has been enough for keeping me in good shape and keep up with my days. Thanks for everything Jordan! I just hope you don't delete or move your videos from KZbin, still, your app is awesome, but it's great time to time to do workouts with you and see you struggle as well.

Just saw this post/video and I must say! You are like my Brother from another Mother... What you have done to me and I am sure to thousands of other people is that you have changed the entire perception of fitness and especially HIIT. Ever since 2021, I have been an ardent follower of almost all your workouts and in fact I take the pride in saying that for someone who used to find a 1KM run so so difficult, I have constantly been able to complete your level 5 and level 6 workouts and today I can run a half marathon without much of a struggle. It is one thing to be promoting fitness and bodyweight training and other such routines, but, being able to do that with so much compassion, such a heart and designing it for every difficulty level is just so marvellous. As much as I want to say I personally and with all my emotions will miss your videos on KZbin, I am so very happy that you have made this tough call and am wish you the very very best! Your videos will continue to motivate many of us and I am so glad to consider you as my personal coach! Loads of Love ❤

Thanks for sharing your life and the truth. Honestly I'm also doing mainly weightlifting throughout the week with one day cardio session (walking, basketball, swimming), but my favorite cardio session is your lv 3-4 endurance bodyweight exercise dude. My wife and I had two baby girls in the these past three years and while we are absolutely grateful for them, having them really did shaken things up a bid especially trying to balance life work and fitness 😅. No Man JY. No need to apologize. You know people have commented that weight lifting is the best over body weight, however I tend to differ. I have been following your workouts since the pandemic and found that all you workouts have helped me tremendously from level 3 onwards to level 6. I have been in the gym for 5 years however I have been training since I was 12 but I really have seen a difference after doing your workouts so thank you JY for all your time and efforts. I will still be following you irrespective as I have deligently drew up a workout plan for 8 weeks including all of your workouts. Needless to say I am satisfied with your body weight workouts and probably never will join a gym a gym again.

Happy to see you have a new video, I’m currently recovering from rotator cuff repair surgery and bicep repair surgery, have gained 30lbs for the past year, I was in severe pain this whole year and finally found out I needed surgery, can’t wait to go back do your workouts!!!

hey Jordan, I think you should keep this channel and just change to weights and whatnot. Many of us started with calisthenics in the pandemic but most bought at least a pair of dumbells. I dont think noone will think its unfair that you start posting weights instead of bodyweight. Anyways, I like your style. Thanks for your help in this journey

You are in fantastic shape and you work hard for that body. I did it with modifications and your podcast and others has definitely made me stronger and my body looks better. Living in NYC I need to be a strong senior and not an easy target. Seniors must exercise

All the best in whatever you do but I hope you just keep uploading what you like in this channel. I think weight training is the natural progression. People can still get body training from past videos. Also, keep it simple. You don´t need a big production. Put a static iPhone tripod and lights which you have already. But, I get it. Yah we understand that you had a 2 kids right now so yah Family first ❤ and to be honest i dont see any reason to said that you starting again from 0 subscriber and do some other YT channel to do some other content like Weight/GYM workout.
