My workout routine: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Jordan Yeoh workouts Tuesday, Thursday: Yoga workout Saturday: run 10k Sunday: gym Never had better results and never felt better in my life. I honestly believe it is the most efficient for the time it takes (4h per week) Thanks Jordan!

I got to the end of round 4 which I'm proud of. For the past year I've been cruising around Level 3-3.5. I can confidently say I was performing around 5 today. I'm sure not finishing the last round drops that average but it was a very intense workout. I'm grateful.

Jordan I'm working out with you on 11/16/22. Masterful programming on this routine! I was cool for about the first 5 mins as you warmed us up, then by the last round you palpably increased the intensity! Thanks for an awesome challenging workout, that makes my night after working a long day.

Feeling hard at starting round 1 then it become easy for me I do round 3 and round 4 without any break .Feeling Nice .and after workout drinking water gives the lesson how water is important for survival and we should not waste it . REALLY WORKOUT NOT ONLY MAKE MY ABS , MUSCLE , STRENGTH BUT IT ALSO GIVE ME MENTAL POWER , CONCENTRATION , HOW TO LIVE A REAL LIFE , VALUE OF TIME , ETC ETC ETC ............ I did the 6months ago just after bout of COVID managed to complete 3 and part of4 this time completed it all 1 min break between rounds. Only on last round did not manage all reps but definitely improvement. Really enjoyed very sweaty, thanks for sharing Jordan.

It seams easier but i think we are getting stronger because it wasn't! One year ago I couldn't even do 10sec of mountain climber! Now I can keep going to 30 sec and even more sometimes! Thank you Jordan!

Just finished .....i am sweating so much....it's not too hard but you probably feel the burn.... I didn't much forcused about the reps...but had only one minites breaks in between...love it ......💜️😌✌️

The warm-up is lacking anything to warm up wrists and shoulders, although push-ups are early on. To anyone watching for the first time: definitely do a few wrist/shoulder mobility stretches before starting the video.

done.. basically between lvl 5 and 6 is the rest time. Either 20sec or 10sec. Others remain the same. I can complete all except mountain climber and tuck jump ( do half way 🤣🤣 ) Keep it up guys
