started with level 1 for 3 weeks then level 2 took me longer to adapt to, took me about 8 weeks. the jump from level 3 to 4 was the easiest. I feel like the difference between 3 and 4 is minuscule. now I choose any level 4 routine except when I want to challenge myself, I go for level 5 @@KkhyberEmir

@@riyasaslam8396of course anything that cause you to move lose you fat because everytime you do certain movement you burn calories. But be sure that you eat healthy whole foods that low in calories but high in protein or micronutrient

This is my 7th day cardio workout at the middle of the workout i felt my legs is just plain heavy until i oush through the 4th cycle it doesn't seem as heavy anymore then i completed whole workout
