Damn, first round is tough but second round is BRUTAL ! Just got all the way through with no extra breaks and my workout mat is absolutely drenched. Thanks for the great workout as always Jordan 💪🏾💪🏾

did workout after more than 3 weeks and firstly my body was tight but midway my legs started to become jelly. If anyone is wondering whether to do this or not i will suggest you to do it. Thank you jordan. Peace✌️

Love this routine. Been doing this last 6 months 3 days a week. Absolute killer cardio. Round this off once a week with his level 7 10min burpee Jacks challenge to assess my endurance improvement. Hands down best for a 51yr old male

This might be my favorite video you've ever made. So good. I'm always drenched in sweat by the end. Just turned 40, and I'm setting aside the weights for more calisthenics and body weight work. I'm 6'1", 180 lbs, probably about 20% bodyfat, hoping to use this year to get down closer to 11-12%. Your videos will help me get there! LOVE THIS WORKOUT! Keep the great content coming!

Good morning Jordan completed the session but struggled in 2set as it starts with Burphee escaped the jump and continued with the tempo. Enjoyed th workout. Really testing the strength and stamina and form too..

Just try out this workout and at 1st thought why this is level 5 workout until i see there's 7 workouts (usually 6) O_o. Also, starting with BURPEES in 2nd round is CRAZYYY XD. Had to do it slower and cheat a lil bit (stop at last 3s) to catch my breath. 😫 Hardest part is transitioning from running plank to split squat (Damn, legs and shoulder are on fireee🔥) Overall, superb level 5 pyramid workout!!!!
