Not only are your workouts amazing, I appreciate that you don't make it look like you're perfect and it's super easy for you, it shows that you're also trying to improve and makes me feel more normal in how it's not easy for me. And lastly I love you have not only the countdown timer for the whole workout, but for how much is left of each segment, it helps so so much! ❤

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can as weight but could not last even 1 sets when my arms completely gave up and I stopped around 11 minutes mark and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full lesson with the super heavy weights of 20 lbs and 30 lbs dumbbells even!! Her upper body is very muscular and she is super strong !!! I feel really low and defeated.

Wahoo!! This was definitely challenging, kept me focused on really connecting with muscles and it was so good for core strength. Trying to build that back up after having a baby is tough but looking forward to it! Thanks Sydney!

👑💪 I continuously learn the mechanics of my anatomy in our workouts and I appreciate how that helps me to connect with my body. This month it is my goal to stretch before bed at least 3 times a week.

Day 2 of Prime complete!!! Felt good to dial it in with lighter weights but super focused and slower reps to feel the burn and good mind/muscle connection with both my upper body and my abs! Way to work y’all! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥🔥🥵🥵🥵🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼✌🏼

i have yet to workout properly since being medicated for depression and chronic illness that took away all of my energy and ruined my relationship with movement of any kind. i’m hoping to slowly but surely get back into it in the coming weeks/month and feel those endorphins again. happy to be back to you Sydney 💗
