Not only are your workouts amazing, I appreciate that you don't make it look like you're perfect and it's super easy for you, it shows that you're also trying to improve and makes me feel more normal in how it's not easy for me. And lastly I love you have not only the countdown timer for the whole workout, but for how much is left of each segment, it helps so so much! ❤

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can as weight but could not last even 1 sets when my arms completely gave up and I stopped around 11 minutes mark and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full lesson with the super heavy weights of 20 lbs and 30 lbs dumbbells even!! Her upper body is very muscular and she is super strong !!! I feel really low and defeated.

I used soda can as weight but could not last even 1 sets when my arms completely gave up and I stopped around 11 minutes mark and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full lesson with the super heavy weights of 20 lbs and 30 lbs dumbbells even!! Her upper body is very muscular and she is super strong !!! I feel really low and defeated.
