I don’t know if anyone in the world will ever read this, but this woman here is saving my life!!! I remember years ago, my very first Sydney work out, she was in a long tank top and Capri tights and looked like she was 12 years😊 old and she wanted to give this peptalk when the workout was done- and I cringed😜 now here I am, all these years later, and I don’t turn the workout off until her very last word. I haven’t been perfect. I will never be perfect. But how she helps me to want to be perfect! I’m 53. And I’ll do this till I die. I thank you with all my heart and all my abs …. And thighs…❤️

I can’t believe I just did a 40 minute, entirely abs, workout! A few years ago this would have been unimaginable for me! A couple of years in on consistently working out with Sydney and I didn’t even flinch coming in to this! Loved the variety and it felt great working the core in this way for the entire workout! Thank you always Sydney and most importantly for introducing me to strength training and enjoyable workouts! ❤

This was a great challenge, the hardest moves were the leg lifts over the dumbell and planks!

Just finished this awesome workout and I was able to keep up I feel great for a 54 year old woman. Keep up the good work everyone be proud of yourself and who you are and always keep your head up and don’t allow anyone to tell you otherwise!! You rock ❤

I’m 53 yo. I’ve worked out “regularly” (2-3 times per week) for most of my life. I’m on week 6 with Sydney working out 5 days a week only skipping 2 days. I’m more fit than I’ve ever been in my life.

I was incredibly intimidated by the length and focus of this work out. “There’s no way I can do this!” But I’m glad I trusted Sydney and the process. So much more approachable than I expected. If you’re doubting, JUST PUSH PLAY!

My personal challenge was getting through the side planks effectively. Lasting both sides for two rounds can sometimes get me but today I pushed myself. I sweated and grunted alot but I did it! Woo hoo!! Great job everyone and see you tmrw🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️

This was great Sydney! Last year I was struggling with significant back and hip pain due to my weight. This year we are kicking butt in 40 minute abs. Thanks for being our trainer! Way to go everybody!

Good morning Sydney and Squad! Thanks Sydney, D for this challenge 40 minutes workout 🏋️‍♀️ My Abs were on fire 🔥 the whole time. Straight Arms Sit Up was my challenging one. All the standings moves were new for me, but I loved it all. AWESOME 🤩 JOB GUYS!! To all my teammates, let’s keeping showing up! GREAT JOB!!!

This is my 3rd time doing this workout! Even before Sydney announced she was pregnant I felt like her workouts were less core-focused, so I'd been rotating through her core workouts and adding them in every week or so. One thing I'm most happy about building with Sydney is my core strength, and I didn't want to lose that. I love this core workout and the others she did in the Upbeat program.

Oh buddy the burn. The v kick out might have been my most challenging move. I just didn’t connect with it and my arms were sore and not supporting super well lol. Great work everyone!

Loved this workout! The most challenging exercises were the crunches at the very end, specifically the two dumbbell v-kick and tuck and reach.

The stability part especially the marching with the weight my body struggled a bit to keep steady but I really liked these new set of ab workouts and I will keep using this once a week and pass the video to my sister.

When I read 40 minutes of abs, I doubted my strength. But if I've learned anything, it's that endurance is not just about strength and having powerful muscles. An empowered mindset and mental endurance got me through this workout. It was so hard. But I finished strong 💪

I loved this entire routine!!! Please create more workouts dedicated to core. My favorites are always the wood choppers but in this routine I loved the isometric ab hold. My hardest set is anything with lower abs I’m trying hard to engage them. Love your programs. Have been apart of the squad since 2022. Thank you. 🎉🎉❤

Great workout. Definitely felt my deeper muscles working. I pulled something in my back though doing side planks, but I didn’t stop I just had to modify a few exercises. So I’m proud of myself for not quitting❤

I loved those exercises-they're completely different from the usual workouts. They require much more focus on stabilization than regular crunches, which makes them incredibly valuable.

The absolute best Core workout I’ve done in the longest time. As someone with Diastisis Recti, I always feel distressed when it’s Abs day but this one was both challenging and satisfying! Lower Abs remain the most challenging style for me but truly, I loved this workout. Note to self, when Sydney says Burnout, she means BURNOUT! Excellent work Squad!

It's been awhile since we've done a full ab focused workout and oh boy I loved this one from the start 💪🏻 great variety Sydney 👏🏻 the single leg crisscross was my biggest challenge today my brain wasn't playing ball and my coordination was all over the place 😂 Great job everyone for crushing this with me today 👏🏻❤️

SIde planks are my nemesis! I think it is my shoulder strength that holds me up, but I did my best and didn't quit! This was a fun workout-Loved the ab switch up today! Thanks as always Sydney!

Absolutely loved this workout. Most challenging was the crunch with forcing the knee away. I know my abs are strong, I just need to work harder on my nutrition to see those abs. Also, some extra skin post babies that I have learned to accept and to be thankful for. I will never have that flat somach again, no matter how hard I try, BUT I have beautiful children as the result ❤ Great work, everyone 🎉🎉

The hardest part for me was scissor kicks ugh lol I had to drop bc of not rotating my feet. lol I loved this workout and will add it in to my rest day rotation of ab exercises. loved it

oh me too, but interestingly I struggled the first round of planks for the second set was much easier, with the shaking though..haha.. Keep up the great effort!

Mentally I really had to push myself. Maybe because I was doing this workout at the end of the day. Not my normal time to workout. The single side db sit up was challenging 😥. But overall I got a good sweat in. Thanks Sydney

Going into this, I thought, “40 mins of abs! This is not going to be fun.” But Sydney always comes through! I LOVED it. I’m determined to get better at suitcases and scissors!

I’m a proud 61-year-old woman and I took on this challenge and finished it! I’m so glad I found you Sydney during the pandemic and have been working out with you since. I love everything about this core workout although I did struggle with the stabilization exercise. I find my left side is a lot weaker than my right. Please produce more of these core and abs training videos. Thank you so much for your hard work.

I was also totally intimidated by this workout when I saw it on the playlist…45 min of nothing but core?! But so glad I did it and that Sydney is so encouraging, and that she talks us through the really tough parts! I was happily distracted during the side plank by her talking that I stayed up the whole time! Nice trick, Sydney! 😂
