I don’t know if anyone in the world will ever read this, but this woman here is saving my life!!! I remember years ago, my very first Sydney work out, she was in a long tank top and Capri tights and looked like she was 12 years😊 old and she wanted to give this peptalk when the workout was done- and I cringed😜 now here I am, all these years later, and I don’t turn the workout off until her very last word. I haven’t been perfect. I will never be perfect. But how she helps me to want to be perfect! I’m 53. And I’ll do this till I die. I thank you with all my heart and all my abs …. And thighs…❤️

I can’t believe I just did a 40 minute, entirely abs, workout! A few years ago this would have been unimaginable for me! A couple of years in on consistently working out with Sydney and I didn’t even flinch coming in to this! Loved the variety and it felt great working the core in this way for the entire workout! This is my 3rd time doing this workout! Even before Sydney announced she was pregnant I felt like her workouts were less core-focused, so I'd been rotating through her core workouts and adding them in every week or so. One thing I'm most happy about building with Sydney is my core strength, and I didn't want to lose that. I love this core workout and the others she did in the Upbeat program.

When I read 40 minutes of abs, I doubted my strength. But if I've learned anything, it's that endurance is not just about strength and having powerful muscles. An empowered mindset and mental endurance got me through this workout. It was so hard. But I finished strong 💪

I loved this entire routine!!! Please create more workouts dedicated to core. My favorites are always the wood choppers but in this routine I loved the isometric ab hold. I loved those exercises-they're completely different from the usual workouts. They require much more focus on stabilization than regular crunches, which makes them incredibly valuable.

The absolute best Core workout I’ve done in the longest time. As someone with Diastisis Recti, I always feel distressed when it’s Abs day but this one was both challenging and satisfying! Lower Abs remain the most challenging style for me but truly, I loved this workout. Note to self, when Sydney says Burnout, she means BURNOUT! Excellent work Squad!

Absolutely loved this workout. Most challenging was the crunch with forcing the knee away. I know my abs are strong, I just need to work harder on my nutrition to see those abs. Also, some extra skin post babies that I have learned to accept and to be thankful for. I love everything about this core workout although I did struggle with the stabilization exercise. I find my left side is a lot weaker than my right. Please produce more of these core and abs training videos. Thank you so much for your hard work.

Wow. I don’t think we’ve ever done a full core like this. Super awesome. 💪 lower ab exercises are always more challenging for me

I was also totally intimidated by this workout when I saw it on the playlist…45 min of nothing but core?! But so glad I did it and that Sydney is so encouraging, and that she talks us through the really tough parts! I was happily distracted during the side plank by her talking that I stayed up the whole time! Nice trick, Sydney! 😂
