I didn't know if I was going to make it to the end. I've been sick the past week so I came into this with barely any energy. That didn't get any better as I pushed through the cardio movements. I'm proud of myself for not quitting. I had to stop and breath many times but I never left. And I'll be back tomorrow.

WOW! This was very tough for me and I had a lot of stop and breathe moments. But the positive that I noticed is, a year ago I would have given up and not made it to the end of a 40 minute cardio/ab workout. Even with modifying i still pushed through to the end ! Thank you Sydney!

Love love this!! Love no equipment!!! Especially with a busy schedule and just getting it in without worrying to get all the weights ready don't get me wrong I love doing weights but who doesn't love a no equipment workout where you can do it anywhere anytime!!👍✅
