WOOT! Instead of showing intensity by number of "flames," it should show Coach Kozak with perfect hair (easiest) to completely mussed up hair (hardest). This is the first workout i've seen where Coach K not only defeats pain, but also defeats his hair gel!

What I really like about your HIIT workouts is that you have someone else demonstrating the easier modifications. When I burn out doing the harder movements instead of stopping to rest I can keep going with the easier movements instead. Really impressed with your videos!!

I love how in this video,they focus more on encouraging you throughout the workout and not focus solely on time. All the videos I’ve watched before this one definitely didn’t do that, and it felt as if those videos were just boring and not at all fun. With this video, I was able to focus solely on the workout and not on the time like I usually do, which is nice. Love this and will continue to use it while I workout at home!

I tried this workout for the first time today. My upper body strength is far from being good, so I really struggled with the L-sit and returning to an upright position after doing a walkout. It was rather discouraging, but I wanted to commit to making it to the end of the workout despite struggling with some of the moves and taking breaks. However, I am proud that I didn't stop. I would've never been able to do more than ten minutes of this workout a month ago. I'll definitely keep coming back to this workout because I want to get stronger.

My goodness, the amount of sweat this workout produced was insane! I have to admit, sometimes motivational workout mantras irks me (probably b/c I get so inundated w/ them on social media), but whenever I hear Coach say the one about "those who think they can & can't are both right" in middle of the workout, I always think to myself "keep going, be a CAN person!!!" thanks Coach & Claudia - keep up the amazing work!!!

I thought I don't like cardio and HIIT but you just turned my mind around and now that is what I want to do. Lots to love about this workout: warm-up and cool down included; one circuit ( I hate repeats); mix of “easy”, challenging and impossible exercises; moderately high calorie burn (tho I only burned about 300). Only issue is all the core work - you really need a strong core to do some of these exercises w/o potential back injury. I admit I’m not there yet so I made several mods. Overall, great workout!

I did this one yesterday and intensity-wise was great, I did it without pauses, even the burnout at the end I was able to do the advance version. I felt like, okay, this was kind of easy. And I still feel it today in certain areas -- nice!!! :-D Are you guys magicians?? LOL

You know y do I love u both is because of serval reason but the main is you teach the exercise 1st and than start the clock of 20 sec. Not like others to straight jump into exercise.
