Its my first time doing this particular workout today. As an overweight person I tend to stick with your beginner and low impact exercises. For some reason, as I was nearing the end of the session, I got emotional upon hearing the continuous encouragement of Claudia and Coach. I almost cried. its been a long journey for me, and I've tried and failed over and over again, but I was affirmed today that I'm on the right track and that I followed the right people to journey with. I've been working out with the two of you for almost 1 week now, and have lost about 10 lbs (from 184 - 174.8). I do a cardio tape of yours (at least 40 min) once a day, then later I'll do a strength and ab workout of yours. The motivation you tie give is what's gotten me this far, and I can't believe my eyes when I look at the scale or in the mirror!! There are only a few fitness channel those are not fancy at all...this is one of them..no shouting trainers with that absolutely plastic body and loud music... looking at u guys its clear it's not always about 6 packs but fitness and ofcourse it shows trainers are also human..like u guys also get tired in between but keep motivating to continue... And average ppl like us can achieve that. Hv been following u guys since past few months..and loving it... Please do a upper body intense video.. of around 35 to 45 minutes..will be really helpful.

And from their videos, I find this one, when following Coach, is the best one I have tried. These videos have been a life saver for me. Having a baby, it becomes so difficult to go to the gym and finding time to work out. I’m able to do these at home when my baby is asleep. I’ve tried a few other videos from other channels, but yours by far are the best. I truly feel like you are here with me, pushing me. I am determine to try harder and not give up when you start speaking. It’s a huge motivator. Aside from being so accessible, it is also affordable. For those that don’t want to spend hundreds and thousands of dollars on things like memberships and equipment. I’ve lost 10lbs so far and it’s been about 2 weeks. I originally was aiming for pre baby weight which is 25lbs away , but now that it’s coming off like this and I’m confident i can do it, I am aiming for my weight back in high school. -70lbs! Setting higher goals for myself. Thank you!

Thanks so much for the motivation and the variation of workouts you two offer up to the public. I've been doing your resistance band, cardio, and standing abs workouts for a couple of months now (I also do some ACHV, but I like yours better because you incorporate the warmups and cooldowns). Warming up and cooling down seem like the best option for an optimal workout. Since I don't do the gym anymore and do my workouts at home, your workouts are hands down the best I've found on KZbin. I change it up by doing Push and Pull workouts on Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri, then cardio/legs on Wednesdays. I also have started 16:8 intermittent fasting. This HIIT workout was a toughy, but nice mix of cardio and full body. Thanks again! It's good to be a part of the HASfit tribe!

Oh man, that was a good workout. I've been working out with you guys for 2 months and my "why" is to unleash some stress from working on my thesis and to beat the likelihood of getting cardiac and autoimmune diseases from my family's genes. Did this for 2nd time between other workouts. My pushups are improving! Only broke to 2 single sets of modification. Goal: Wear weight vest during work out, starting light and moving up slowly. Switch out with ankle weights. Looking ahead to the Bataan March 3/25/18. Coach: it really helps to keep hearing, 'Those that think they can, and those that think they can't, *are both right *.
