I love your videos! You have helped me lose 40 pounds and now are helping me lose the next 25 in need gone. I stopped for awhile because I was getting obsessed with weight loss and losing myself, but listening to Coach's words and how it's okay to not be perfect, just keep working is helping me so I can reach my goal! You go girl!! I've managed to lose 35 pounds & keep it off by using these online weight/hit videos and walking 5-7 km 3-5 days a week!! It has now become a lifestyle! I keep working on myself as well... becoming more toned/muscular! It's amazing how you can transform certain parts of your body just by using weights or your own body weight along with certain exercises! I wish you nothing but success & wellness on your journey!! I am finally back to my old size and feeling like my old self again!!

Along with the physical benefits, I also experienced other benefits with this workout. I had been suffering from insomnia-like conditions over the past few months. I was finding it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep and was getting only 3-4 hours of poor quality sleep every night. I did this Tabata workout last evening, and for the first time in months, I slept like a baby last night. Feeling really refreshed today ! Thank you. Looking forward to doing more tabata and full body workouts with Hasfit from now.

I found your strength training series a few months after I started focus more on weight training than just running. I have been working out with you for almost 5 months now. I really enjoy every workout I did with you. I can fit to my schedule depending on how much time I have in the morning. What I love is your series provide different length of training so that I cannot find any excuse to say "oh, I don't have time today". I have been recommending you to friends I know. I haven't feel bored yet because of all the variety of exercises you included in every training. sometimes it takes me a while to decide which one I want to do. Thank you for all the great work and keep encouraging us to not quit!

I did the work out...what surprises me I never have aches back aches...which happens when workouts are done without knowing body alignment...I enjoy these workouts...no floor exercises and alleviation ...I improvise with my sitting position...which is ok for my age...I am 70...so there is hope for many others ..thank you Claudia and Coach...you both complement each other...it is good for us as we are encourage to do our best...Malaysia

EVERY SINGLE TIME HE SAYS, "make sure you're breathing' I ALWAYS FIND MYSELF HOLDING MY BREATHE LMAO. these HIIT workouts kill me! but i always end up feeling amazing after im done with them. I’m so happy I found you guys. I’ve been working out with you guys for 7 months now and I see such a big difference in my clothes sizes, waist and I’m down 20 pounds (if only I could stop eating junk food then I will be down more) lol.l but looking at the difference in my body, it look like I lost 40 pounds and of course I think it’s because muscle weighs more than fat.. I love you guys. Keep going. The gym never worked for me. Driving there, driving back, showering there and bringing extra clothes lol and I could just do these at home at my own pace. I get better and better and I love Coach cozach telling me to “ignore the burn, its just lactic acid” And I love Claudia modifications because they still burns and allow me to take a breather. Happy new year!

I was good ...I have been working out with both of you with the chair exercises tried it today with the repetitions made it...what I could not do the floor exercises I did on the chair and stood up for some.. your previous videos helped me ..I took all the repetitions and worked out at the same space...it was good and what I wanted belly work outs i did it today surprised me...I am 70 and I enjoyed it little pain but it was refreshing Malaysia

Such an awesome workout! I've been working out with you for three months so far, and I'm definitely getting stronger! Fat stays with me for now, what little I have but still... I like that your instructions sound human, as opposed to a boot-camp style of so many trainers :)

Thank you Victoria!! The best way to get rid of that extra fat is to dial in on your nutrition. We'd recommend tracking your food intake and finding out what your total daily energy expenditure number is. To lose fat, you need to eat below your tdee.

This one's NOT easy when you try hard & challenge yourself with the weight & repetitions, but I made it & now I'm quite proud! Aaaand once more, you've been just as encouraging back in 2017 as you still are today! What a feeling when it comes to an exercise that I saw in the preview and thought like "What a BEAST Coach Kozak is, I couldn't do that" and then I'm like "Oh okay, might as well try the full version for a bit & then go to the easier one" - and full just WORKS 4 rounds straight ❤‍🔥

I made it all the way to the wall squats 3rd set out of 4. Then my legs wobbled till I about fell over lol!!! This was the most challenging for me so far. I love the workouts and the coaches very much! Thanks and know that your hard work ethic does not go unnoticed!! Much respect for you both!!

I know this video is three years old so you may not read and/or respond to this comment but I just want to tell you that this workout was super intense for me. That's with only getting through half the video for today. I'm only able to work my upper body. because I'm a full-time wheelchair user but it was still a really good workout. Just want to say that I have been working out to your vids for the past 2 weeks and notice immense changes! I was just plateauing in my cardio workouts and feeling blah and no progression or toning. But I have built muscle in that time and I love your routines and style. I have already upped my dumbbells to 8lbs in that time and I am focusing more on strength building, which has made a huge difference. I can't give enough praise for your work!

You are my absolute favorite channel!!! I love you both so much! You finally gave me the push to actually start working out and get in shape. I have never been able to finish a workout before and I always end up demotivated and quit But you have a very balanced workout routines and I actually enjoy doing them. Loved this one! My first time doing Tabata (although definitely not my first doing regular HIIT) and it was awesome. Didn't even realize when 30 minutes had passed!

Great team, great workout! I enjoy believe it or not how you are both discrete with the way you dress. It's appreciated, not common with a great workout! Keep it up you both. I'm working my way to healthy along with your help & encouragement I hear & read during the workouts. LOVE IT!!

Love the workout and exercises. What I disliked was that the gentleman was talking too much which was distracting and the motivational quotes and non-stop talking was too much for me. The calorie count was also far off. I think motivational cheer ups in minute 7 “remember why you are here” and then in minute 12 or something the same thing again is too much (my personal feedback). Rest was great!

I like the constant cheer ups, because you never know when someone will need them. But that is also just my opinion :)

I have done this workout a few times and al i can say after 5 or 6 times my legs got alot less sore after and made these easier. really was a hard and great workout.
