I am currently travelling in SE Asia and bought a resistance band as I don’t have my dumbbells with me. I found this workout on the internet and absolutely love it. I’ve now subscribed to the HASFit channel and done several other no equipment workouts. I’ll be taking the premium subscription when I get home, as I’m finding their style to be motivational without being annoying and their workouts are inventive and challenging. Excellent work guys. This is one of my favorite resistance band workout. Mostly because as a beginner, it's doable. It took one month for me to follow all the moves. I saw some good inch loss in 4 weeks along with calorie deficit diet. Thank you both of you

I have only one ovary (right one removed due to cyst, remaining left ovary has PCOS), hypothyroidism, premature ventricular contractions, plantar fasciitis and a whole lot more of medical conditions; but here I am fighting! There will be days when you'll ask yourself what's the point, days when you just want to give up, and days that you just can't do it anymore. It's totally okay to cry but remember to always pick yourself up, shake it off and start again. I still have more lbs to lose and a lifetime to maintain it, and knowing that there are people who love and support me throughout is what keeps me going. I still want to take care of my parents, grow old with my husband, and who knows maybe a baby in the future. Hey you, yes, you! If I can do it, then you can do it too!!! 40lbs lost in 4 months clean, healthy eating as much as possible (NO fad diets) and exercise at least 4 times a week P.S. thank you so much coach kozak and claudia, I hope this message reaches you. I've been an avid viewer since day 1 of my weight loss journey. Your pep talks always resonate in my head everytime I feel like giving up! You both have helped me turn my life around. Keep doing what you do!

I just want to let you know how much I appreciate your workout videos. I did work out a lot but only with 10ish minute videos and was obsessed with getting quick results. Your long videos teach me what patience, perseverance, insistence are and I am feeling less anxious now

This was my first time working out with resistance bands..The continuous verbal instructions were extremely helpful, I didn't have to keep looking up at the screen. Amazing work guys! Keep it up!

I am honestly amazed. I've been doing these workouts for two weeks (5 days a week) but I just feel so good in myself and I can feel everything getting easier so I think im going to follow the standard moves soon. The only problem is I have really bad knees because they click out so anything to strenuous I tend to do the easier one. But oh my gosh I'm amazed and the burn I used to give up when it started to burn but now it's such a odly satisfying feeling. You two have made me ENJOY working out and your continuous support throughout the videos is what keeps me going. LIFE changing people right here. I go to slimming world every Thursday I'm so going to recommend you guys to everyone!

Thank you so much for these resistance band workouts. I had bought a set of these and was getting bored of the static exercises that came with the product. This is a challenging and fun workout. I was unable to keep up at the end. Hopefully, with practice and better fitness, I will complete these fully.

I just got here today to start using my new power-bands and girl those reverse lunges and crazy squats left me out of breath hahaha is always good finding alternatives for home workout since gyms and parks are closed in this new reality.

Great workout for traveling! All you need are the bands, which pack nicely in any suitcase or backpack. My hotel rooms always provide enough space for all of the exercises. My iPad is propped up so I can see each exercise. The workout intensity is very motivating and I feel so good afterwards! I love this couple for what they’ve put together!

Years after this was posted, but thank you. Recovering from a major health crisis and lost a lot of strength. I have a full set of bands my brother gifted to me to help, and this video and your others have been extremely helpful and motivating. Helps me not feel like I am empowering myself to get back to full strength, mobility and my life.
