Hi Sydney. I've never commented on a video of yours before but I wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I did Day 1 of summertime Fine 3.0 and then contracted COVID. I spent nearly the entire month of May battling COVID unable to work, move, and breathe. Today is my first day back. I've been doing your workouts for 1.5 years now and I truly think that because of how physically strong you've helped me become is the reason I didn't suffer worse. I was looking forward to some sense of normalcy after 3 weeks of isolation and tremendous pain and I'm here and I did it! Even though I lost some weight and I thought I'd be so much weaker and unable to complete this, my body showed up for me today and I can't tell you how happy I am and that's because of all of the thousands of hours of hard work that you created that allowed me to feel this way. Muscle memory really kicked in! Looking forward to tomorrow's workout. Sending you and your family tremendous love and appreciation from CA.

I feel anxious if I don't exercise. I get up early to fit in my workouts so then it is one less thing for me to worry about. Exercise helps keep me calm. Keep exercising, you are doing great!!

I can relate to this. This pandemic has been so stressful and exercising has helped me so much with my anxiety. I workout for about an hr and a half a day total. I'll do sydneys workout and then usually walk on the treadmill. Her energy is awesome.

I totally agree about the anxiety thing. I’m so stressed, however, Sydney seems to make everything better with her talks and her workouts. Doing this program makes me accountable, as opposed to just picking out a workout Willy nilly😂

Woo hoo! This upper body strength workout was intense! 🔥I liked the format of 3 exercises, 3 rounds through for each muscle group. 👍By the end of each circuit, I was just about at muscle failure! 😅My upper body muscles are pretty shaky right now, and that stretch at the end was much deserved. 😁

I am crushing it! I have a 12 year old and 8 year old. A few months back I could not even help them go to their classrooms in the moring. Today I carreid a 20 pound plant my daughter wanted to give her teacher as a thank you! I DID IT!!! I am in happy tears because I am soooo pumped and can't believe, or as Sydney says YES I CAN!!!

My word, this month of doing 45sec work periods instead of 30sec has me shook. I may not be able to do as many reps with my max weight anymore but I know I will only improve, get stronger and meaner ;) Absolutely LOVED this month and so excited to see what June brings us! Day 2 post breast reduction surgery and I’m missing my workouts but cannot wait to see how much more I can do when recovered! And I think that my pre op body although not perfect but pretty strong thanks to Sydney has helped me to move about more. Especially using my core to sit up and not my arms x

My arms have definitely gotten stronger. I couldn't do a full leg stretched out bench press but now I can. Perseverance, consistency and, believing in myself got me there. Next up push-ups on my toes for longer periods. Thanks, Sydney for your encouraging words and push. 💕💪🏽 💪🏽

For some reason, even though I've been working out with you since January, I feel like I'm struggling more than ever. Things that used to seem easy are a struggle to get through, I want to quit all the time. I don't know why I'm so overwhelmed by it all suddenly. I’m so glad Sydney pointed out that supinated bicep curls are tougher than hammer curls and therefore the weight might be lighter. Until that moment I was frustrated I could pull the same weight for both exercises. I had the shakes this entire workout it was so tough. Happy Friday!!!

I started last year during the quarantine period. and OMG! my body has transformed, I always thought I was fit but the results I see make me understand what real FIT means. Flex it Friday!!! 💪🏼 💪🏼 Great workout this morning. Tough but it moved quickly. Got to use my next weight bench for the first time. I have to admit it made a difference on my chest work. opening up more and getting my elbows further down. That round of triceps were no joke. Tier #1 almost done!
