As above. I'm come back to this after a break, and this in.particulars so healing after loss of a friend. It helps to put into context that she too isn't lost, but lives on in my heart and has changed form into a higher state of being❤😅 any chance you can edit the end. It cuts out suddenly moving into an add, very abrasive after the beautiful healing space you took us into.

It brings me such a deep feeling of calmness and peace, just letting myself freely flow with the natural slow pace of my breath and following the ebbs and flows of the lights created by the breathing. Namaste 🙏. I loved the sounds of the waves. I have Pisces sun and moon, and water meditations are very soothing and rejuvenating for me. I kept getting in my head in the earlier parts of the practice (which has never happened to me before in YN) that felt more conceptual, then I dropped more into my body while sensing all of my cells. This is the 11th anniversary (birthday!) of my bone marrow transplant for acute leukemia, which made communing with my blood and cells especially meaningful. ❤ I’ve added “we” to me she/they pronouns in part because of my experiences of the multiplicity of beings who make up “me” in YN, both in the body and deeply feeling “my” connection with all beings everywhere. The breathing from toes to crown was so cleansing and energizing! Thank you ❤

The combination of the oceanic white noise and the soothing whispering is so relaxing, I practised yesterday and today afternoon after a very early start, and both times went into deep unconscious in the early stages, came back as it ended and then let my phone flow through the next yoga nidra on my playlist by you Ally, drifting in and out of dreams feeling very happy and got up and felt totally replenished. So this is perfect for easing into sleep, thank you as ever ❤

Oh, forgot to say how I feel. I feel very rested and very grateful for that rest. I don’t know what will break me of this insomnia. It’s an addiction to being awake during the quiet hours. It’s the utter solitude. And probably some caffeine.

Namaste Ally 18/06. 18.20. WOW... Stonking water element practice. I loved everything about it... The whooshy wave sounds were perfect, I was floating totally supported on the sea surface. 40 minutes of observing the rhythms of the body and breath, with no effort to do anything, were so soporific. I drifted between relaxation, hypnogogic sleep and ?REM sleep but always aware of your voice. Occasionally I observed myself from about a foot above my body, to the right of my head, above, not an OBE but a gentle elevation of my attention. I feel so relaxed and cleansed now💕💕💕

Thank you ✨✨✨ I am in module 3 and found that it took longer for me to settle in this beautiful Yoga Nidra as I was more analyzing … once I dove deep into this session, I felt like I experienced a gentle energetic treatment, resembling reiki. I have been trying to make a conscious connection with water every day at the moment so this was perfect. I was completely drained and exhausted going into this practice and I definitely drifted in and out of awareness. It just always feels like such a gift to practice with you. Love ceilidh 13.30 💜

9.30 am , Sunday 21st August 2022.. My overall feeling after this profound and beautiful practice is of heartfelt appreciation and deep embodied gratitude! I'm just starting the breath and Pranamaya Kosha module of Transformational Sleep, Yoga Nidra Teacher Training with Ally and beginning to truly understand the potential for profound healing , insight , wisdom and heart opening to manifest for all who embrace Yoga Nidra! Working my way through module 3. I was listening to a longer video in the module and found I needed to relax and find a calmer frame of mind, so I decided to try this practice. Got a little too relaxed and caught myself snoring towards the end!

This was so nourishing. The anchor you provided was something I needed and really returned to throughout the practice. I was feeling some anxious feelings arise in my chest and the anchor drew me back to the present moment and to my heart. Thank you. Also the polarized breathing felt so caring.

And it’s the very first time that I’ve managed to stay conscious throughout the whole practice whilst feeling my body in such a deep deep relaxation! Totally mind awake body asleep. Namaste Ally, I listened to this at around 7:30 pm after a somewhat scattered day. I now feel incredibly peaceful and it is as if my nervous system has been reset. I don’t think I will be going back to Beta brainwaves this evening. I am definitely experiencing Alpha and hoping for deeper as I sleep tonight. Thank you!

I’m such a water person, so this yoga nidra is definitely one I’ll repeat. I could really feel the water element. Practicing after lunch with a full, warm belly was nice! Namaste

Thank you Ally for this practice once again! I loved the pranamaya exploration and the water-like quality of consciousness appearing. Second time now I have a very powerful energy coming into the CNS, feeling of vibration and buzz in the brain (towards the end of the practice, just before visualizing the breath from the soles of the feet up and then back down). I’m not too aure what it is, it’s not uncomfortable but somehow kind of a super-activation of the nervous system. The mind after is very well focused and sharp (after coming out of the nidra). Definitely wil be exploring more. The teacher training and these nidras brought whole new experiences into my practice, thank you for the wisdom and your guidance. Namaste, Veronika
