Instead of using 11 resistors for each individual LED to the (+) end, you could have just put 1 resistor to the negative end because when 1 of any LED turns on, it will have limited current from the resistor.

EHobby Guy any idea how you can quickly cascade 2 or 3 ic in seriese..seem a bit tricky with the whole falling edge as a trigger thing.
