So powerful a shift🎉❤ Sharing what happened my senior cats got wided eyed got up had a snug then rested, third cat came in to sit. About the 25 min mark i took a great big breath and the whole body tension started to release. My cat talked got up for another snug said thanks And went back to rest. I continued to breath deeply until about the 31 min mark . Then my breath went into a relaxed flow still much deeper than before. Around 32 flow and clarity all holding tension gone . Huge work woman ! Bravo 👏 cats all resting nicely now. Many thanks

Never heard any of this stuff before. New to it all. What does it mean when the 528 gave this INSANE sensation to my center forehead i guess they call it third eye area? It was intense like out of a harry potter film.

Hi Roman! Thank you for giving this a listen. And thank you for sharing your experience. I always take intense sensations to mean that The frequency is working and is one that I really need. If you listen again and the sensation is no longer there, you've probably unblocked your energy flow (definitely a good thing!). As a general rule of thumb, if it's ever too uncomfortable to listen to a particular frequency, just turn it off. Sometimes small amounts can be better than long (i.e. listen for 5 minutes the first day, then 10 the next, then 15, etc.). I hope this is helpful. Love and light to you!

@@aristo975 You can! One thing to note is that it includes 7.83 hz binaural beats and isochronic tones. This brainwave state is calming, but is also focusing. People may respond to it differently. So if you listen while walking, pay attention to how it makes you feel. If it makes you too relaxed for physical activity, save it for when you're meditating or relaxing. In that case, it would also be worth trying while working or doing something creative - to see if it increases your focus.
