Please Make A Note: In this problem I forgot to take 5th transaction "Debtors directly deposited into bank" Here is the treatement. When Debtors directly deposited means pass book will be more, as per the problem when pass book is more we need to add this one (Rs 250).

Mam, your way of teaching is excellent 👏 Accidentally you've missed out the 5th transaction. So, bank bal as per P/B arrives to Rs. 3,940.

he directly deposited to bank of 250 so it increases in pass book and decreases in cash book so it reducing 250 and the answer is 3440 .i think it correct answer ..

@@Balaji.3197 In this question balance as per cash book is given. Our answer should derive the balance as per pass book. So if Pass book > Cash book, we need to add. So 3940/- is the answer i suppose
