@Texas CAT Manuals Great reply. And if anyone is really interested in eating amazing Texas beef, look into your local CSA options. CSAs are all over and there's a ton of places out there that do just meat as well. In the Houston, TX area, check out Jolie Vue for CSA and HoustonFarmtoHome.com for bigger slabs of cow in the Houston area.
