I’m a Weymouth boy now living in a North Dorset village. My grandfather was the president of Wigan Model Engineers Society and he bequeathed me his 3.5” gauge Stanier Black Five. My great uncle Bob Anderson was a driver of Flying Scotsman. I inherited his gold retirement watch. It’s engraved with his name and ‘For 45 years service’. A treasured possession proudly worn on a gold chain when wearing my Harris Tweed blazer in the winter months. A lovely bit of footage, thank you. 👏
