That was awesome!!!!! I finished 15 minutes ago and I’m still dripping sweat! I did have to make some modifications for some of the shoulder exercises (recent rotator cuff surgery), but the calorie burn in this was one still big! Loved the format because I also struggle with whether I should do strength or cardio.

Hi Penny, what a brilliant workout!!! The strength part was fantastic, then came the cardio part ... I thought I could keep up with 5kgs dumbells, no way 😂! After the 2nd exercise I had to go down to 3kgs 🥵, but I had so much fun and I loved the abs finisher 🥰
