❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ wow, how was I not sweaty until the end 2 months ago when I first did this workout? Was it because I had the AC on? Was I not working hard enough? How do you do it, Penny? I never see you drink water or towel off. You take care of pups, speaking of which I love seeing Teddy right in the beginning of this one. You do 2 channels. Workout when you are under the weather. Take care of a house.
