Welcome to this full body yoga class! We will begin the practice with gentle warm up stretches and half sun salutations, then move through a standing sequence including poses like high lunge, warrior I, warrior II, warrior III, humble Warrior, triangle, side angle, goddess, lizard, etc. We will strengthen the core, back, and upper body with locust pose and side planks, then wind down with pigeon pose, happy baby, and reclined twists. In the end, there is a short savasana to finish the practice. Props are not required, but if you have yoga blocks, I will demonstrate a few ways to use them. Enjoy the class!
