Awsome work out! Been doing it for just a few months last year and it did transformed my body. My goal is not just to loose weight but to get stronger and loose fat. I would like to know what type of food you recommend on a kettlebell training days. I’m sure you know about carb- cycling. Should I eat carbs or is this just like a ( hight intensity) cardio. I just can’t seem to shed the last few pound on my waist line and it feels like I’m doing wrong with the food.... thanks for any recommendations 😚

This is my first KZbin comment, I have gone from no exercise for years to doing your low impact cardio workout in the morning and now your kettlebell workout in the evening. I may feel aching but I feel great and surprisingly my body is now looking for these workouts I feel like I have no energy until I've done them great job you two you have gave me the massive push I needed 😁

Wow, this is the hardest I have worked during a work out for a while! This was good. I love that I burnt over 400 calories according to my fit bit! I usually do the shorter kettle workouts. I followed both of you throughout switching between you both. Gave me motivation near the end just as my mind started drifting! I love these work outs. Keep smiling Claudia ☺️

This is such a brutal workout. I am planning on bike racing again (Masters 40+ Cat 3) and these are my intensity days. With heavy enough weight, I can only equate it with a hard crit or cyclocross race. Kudos!

I'm 6 months postpartum and I'm on my journey of losing 70lbs! I've tried many workout videos these past 2 months and I can honestly say this one is the best! I have been feeling stronger everyday and I usually prefer music while working out, but hearing you guys cheer me on is way better and so motivating! Thank y'all!

I do your workouts regularly and hadn't tried this one as I don't have a kettlebell. Went ahead and used various dumbells instead. REALLY loved this workout. These compound moves are so engaging! Thanks guys!

Did this video 3 days ago. Coach is right. It does get easier everytime. For me,it was small steps of improvement, but it was a move forward. I take medication that slows my Central Nervous System down ( post meningitis) and has a tendency towards weight gain. I am not as fast as most people, and my recovery periods are much longer than most,,, *But* I am seeing results! Hasfit really works! Thanks coach and Claudia!( And btw, that last compound move with a kick thru and hip lift is MANIACAL. But I still love it!!)

I just want to say I am incredibly grateful for you two putting these videos out. About 6 months ago, I got more serious about doing kettlebells on a regular basis. Your videos have helped me immensely and I'm so much stronger muscle and cardio wise now. I am curious how you get your calories burned estimates. Do you base those figures on yourselves? I have a Fitbit, but it doesn't really have a good estimate on my calories burned for kettlebell workouts. Anyway, keep up the great work, we appreciate you both!

Thank you for a great workout, and for pushing us who struggle to lift that five last push-ups. One thing though, I would like to continue hearing positive things about us who are listening and working out, but please no negative comments/connotations on those who sit /lie on the couch. We do not know why they are on the couch! :-)

I have been doing this workout in combination with your other amazing workouts for the past month now and have seen massive changes in my overall fitness, strength and health. I am down 6.5 kgs (around 14 pounds). Always feel like a warrior after this one though. Feels like I have a PT on standby

Great workout! I moved to Dubai and had to give up my gym back home (and my kettlebells). I could replace my kettlebells but I was really slacking on motivation. I really like you guys! I am a 20 yr veteran in the fit business and I am going to put myself through a 30 day challenge doing your videos twice a week. Training other people often leaves me with mush brain at the end of a day and it is so nice for me to be able to follow someone else! I love this workout! You two have a great blend of creative and relevant movement! I do have a tiny suggestion.. Your warmups need to move a little faster. 140 BPM ish... you come out of the gate a little low energy. But all in all LOVED it! Second workout I have done of yalls! Are yall a couple? lol just curious...

This workout is awesome! I started with their Hasfit 30 minute kettlebell fat burner, which was challenging for me as a beginner. I made sure to do the 30 minute workout daily with either the two 7 minute ab workouts or the 19 minute butt/leg workout. After doing those for 2 months this workout was still so much more. Having a right below the knee amputation (with a prosthetic limb) I find it hard to build muscle on the side with the prosthesis. With this workout I definitely feel the muscles the next day.

I LOVEEEE LOVE LOVE the HASFIT training videos you guys do. it has made me feel so good about myself. Awesome. Thank you guys! I have been following a different group for my at home work outs for years, and needed something new and fresh. You all just gained a new subscriber and I'll be sure to recommend. Looking forward to learning more about what you all are doing here. Today, I only made to 25 minutes, and was sure to fast forward to post workout stretching. Tomorrow, I'll push myself to thirty minutes. By next week, I will force myself through the whole time.
