I've been doing this for a month straight.... the first day I wasn't able to keep up I got tired super quick.... day 30 I'm able to keep up, and I don't get tired... I've lost 5 pounds with altering my diet. All that to say Thank You.

Thank you so much for this workout. I've had a 6kg kettlebell staring at me for four years while I've gained 30 kg over the course of 3 pregnancies. I finally thought I'd just try to find a beginner workout and stop the excuses. This was PERFECT. Inspirational without being intense and fast-paced. My kettlebell was a bit heavy to do all the reps so I just did fewer with good form. I can tell if I keep this up I'll be able to comfortably do all the reps with 6kg after a few weeks. The one where you had to keep one arm up the whole time I used a jar of pasta sauce instead 😂 This is a keeper. Thanks so much. Glad I'm off the couch and can look forward to this tomorrow ❤️

I love how calm the instructors are. I found them to be so motivating without all the extra hype seen in some workout programs. Also, I found this to be truly beginner friendly, and the movements were easy to follow and keep up with. Some beginner programs out there are too fast, which can be discouraging and makes me lose my motivation. This one was perfect. Thanks for putting it out there for us Newbies!

I've owned a 16 kg kettlebell for years, but it's too heavy for beginner stuff. I finally got a 10 kg one and did this routine with you. It was pretty much a perfect challenge for me at this point: demanding and got me sweaty, but I don't feel like dyin' afterwards. Thanks!

I love how calm your attitudes/voices/movements are and the reminders that it takes time to get to a higher intensity. I just completed this workout for the first time and I'm so glad this is an actual beginner kettlebell workout. I had been trying another beginners kettlebell workout by The Body Coach TV which I've done twice but I've never been able to complete since I am a total beginner. The final move is pretty hard and I wasn't able to keep up with you guys but I know I'll get there if I keep doing this workout with you guys and improve my strength. I threw in one of the reps by the other kettlebell workout just to get a little strength work in since I wasn't completely pooped by the end! I'm aiming to be able to chain these workouts together eventually. I also really love that scarecrow stretch, I've been warming up just using the standard stretches that I remember from school + a posture stretch and the scarecrow basically does the posture stretch + toe stretch for me which is really awesome. I'm excited to see how I improve. The only issue I had is I would appreciate some counting with the scarecrow stretch since I couldn't stare at the computer screen then. But really awesome workout, thanks so much for sharing them!!

So I work as a land surveyor and have lost 50lb from doing lots of walking, however I have notifed what seems to be a strength loss as well. Will this help me build some muscle and trim down around my waist further if I stay low intensity to not strain myself?
