Im a 40 year a old male. I started running last year July and never did any core training or any training on my off days at all. I got myself a dumbell set today and came across this vid. I've been wanting to do this one for a long time! Beastmode early days😆! Really enjoyed it. I was throughly challenged with the 4 sets. I'm so used to only 15-20 second rests that 30 sec felt like an eternity😂! Loved the pliés and kneeling squats! Thanks again Caroline!

I've been doing Caroline's workouts since April this year and I really like this one the best. I dont know whether it has something to do with the nice calming colours that relax my mind or it's the added 30 seconds rest. The other workouts feel a bit rushed and this stresses me out a bit. Please more workouts with 30 seconds rest! X

Try Caroline's 40 min Abs & Glutes workout posted this week - the glutes sections include the exercises you mentioned. Caroline uses 2 kg ankle weights, but you can adjust the weight as you need. P.S. Unless you have a knee injury, squats & lunges shouldn't harm your knees when performed correctly (e.g. the angle at which your knees are bent). The pressure should be on the large leg muscles and glutes - not on the knees.

I just want to say I do your arms,ab and whole body weighted workouts on different days and it is helpful ! My arms are very toned now as well as legs but my diet is pretty unhealthy so although there is some definition in my stomach, it has not changed a lot and that's on me. But overall, weighted workouts especially for beginners is like a must !

I love how these workouts are so incredibly challenging - I will be really sore - but they are structured in such a way that I can always finish them and I always feel accomplished and strong. I was only doing 8lb weights (that's all I have) but it was still so challenging!

I completely loved this, who knew there were so many varieties of squats? I would love a longer cool down video as didn’t think the 90 seconds was enough. The shortest one on your channel was 20 minutes which I shortened the stretches a bit due to lack of time!
