I love listening to you speak. This story might sound a bit odd but it always makes me smile when it happens and maybe you think it's funny as well: about 4 months ago a chicken showed up on our back door step. We live in a 10.000 souls town in Germany and something like that is not normal. Nobody missed her, so she's still with us. We call her "Chicka" because we did not want to give her a real name in case someone wanted her back. Once it got cold we let her inside the house and she sleeps in a wicker cat carrier or sits infront of our wood burning stove. I often watch your videos at night while in the living room and when you speak Chicka responds by "purring" all through the video. It's a happy sound and she often ends up dosing off as well. It's just so cute and makes me happy. 🙂 I struggle with depression and a few other things so it sort of means a lot because being happy or thinking/feeling positive can be really hard. Sorry, this is such a long comment.

I think that chicken is just yours now lol. In the US, if an animal is not claimed within 3 months I believe, you get to claim the animal yourself. I would double check your local laws on the matter, and hopefully now you have a new friend ^_^

16 years ago I lost my firstborn son to SIDS at 59 days old. I currently have a newborn baby girl who is today, 59 days old.
