From not making it halfway through to not needing any kind of Laura's modification and being excited to *finally* doing this workout again. This took me about 6 months and gave me visible abs, thank you laura, thank you gymra ❤❤❤

for me it was rather good gymnastically exercises than Yoga although poses from yoga. I had much fun, thank You!!!! Very sympathetic trainer! See You again!

Thank you, she's a beauty inside and outside! The crow made a perfect Kodak moment we loved filming at this Southern California bluff. You can't tel but right behind her is a sheer 200 foot drop. She did all the stunt moves herself LOL.

There are many factors in yoga booty exercises . One plan I discovered that successfully combines these is the Yanas yoga results (check it out on google) without a doubt the most incredible guide i've seen. Check out the awesome info .

great moves. just the rhythm was a bit too fast for me. More of a workout workout than yoga workout... also had a cramp somewhere at 25th-26th minute because I had to constantly check the screen ( rotate the neck) to see what's up, but this happens with all video tutorials. hence kinda pulled my hip and neck. i wish the video is slower (and youtube always allows us to speed up with their new feature, 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x). good content though! just need break halfway
