Let's really CRUSH this legs and butt workout! We are working in circuits today but be ready to work in progressive overload style increasing your weight or your intensity for 3 rounds of 30 seconds and resting for 15 seconds! We are using dumbbells today and I used my 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells with my 40 pound dumbbell being my glute bridge hold weight. If you have a barbell at home, you can load it up for some squats and bridges in this workout! Grab the weights that work for you and grab your sweat towel! Share this workout with a friend and let's challenge each other to step it up always!

My back and hips have been tender for awhile now so l couldn't lift as heavy as l would like but l still crushed it. l will have to start adding some back and hip stretches at the end of the day and see if that helps some.

Would love to do this one as my lower half is my main problem area. I have scoliosis and bad knees (and I'm in my mid 30's, ugh) so any time I try to do exercises like this, my back goes out fir a week at a time and my knees kill me. I would LOVE to be able to. Do you have any suggestions for exercises for bad backs/knees? Thank you so much for your channel. It's a lifesaver. I do not have a gym close by and I'm too timid to go anyway. First of all this work out was so fun! I loved it! But holy wow when I heard what Sydney was saying at the end it resonated with me quite powerfully! Today I’m driving my family to a new city to look at homes. I’m terrified and doubting my decision (financially) even though I’ve been wanting to move there for almost 4 years now. Everything you said about stepping out of your comfort zone to better yourself and seize opportunities...it was exactly what I needed to hear to ease my fears! The fact that it came after a really awesome work out was the cherry on top. Thank you so much Sydney!

Another great workout. I think I said it yesterday but it’s fitting for this. I have been wanting to do a 5 k for as long as I can remember. I’m finally signed up to do one. So now I’ve been pushing myself to get in 3 to 4 miles of a walk run. But not only that encouraging my family to walk with me! Thanks Sydney for helping build my confidence to believe in me again!!

Me too! I've never been able to jog more than one block, but I feel like 2 months of Sydney's workouts have already made such a change in my strength and stamina. I normally walk my dog a mile each morning, and yesterday we jogged it instead - I was AMAZED that I could do that, and felt like I could keep going (if I had more time)! So I'm signed up for a 5k next weekend and determined to run/jog all (or at least most) of it! STEPPING OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE. :)

I struggle with chronic pain + on my period which heightens all my symptoms. That made it really hard to get to my workout today so I went for a 10 min walk before to try to feel better and I made it through this workout feeling better than before! Thank you Sydney :) PS: Any recommendations for affordable hand weights? I currently only have 5's and 8's (I pair them together for leg workouts to make 10's and 16's) but want to get heavier ones.

I Love love love your videos.. but it is always so confusing that you say "left side" or "right side" and you actually work the opposite side of what you say. Its almost in every video. I end up messing up every time because in the video your doing the opposite side of what you say.

Floor work is not my favorite but I pushed through because I know it is working something that needs worked and getting stronger!! Definitely got a lot in my life over all right now that is stretching my comfort zone! Trying to knock out the things each day that are challenging so I can see as the day goes on how much that helped me grow and learn! Spent the last two years self teaching and learning a new career path and now I am working toward putting it to practice!!
