Watching this in October 2022 for the ARISE II program💪❤🔥!! Sydney's post-workout speech really got me this time. It brought me back to that infamous month and that feeling of uncertainty. I'm simply amazed at how Royal Change was so dedicated to provide stability to this community during that time. And I'm even more amazed at the squad in the comments spreading this sense of gratitude and positivity. Usually when anything to this topic was brought up back then, you'd see such a mix of harsh and negative statements. So thank you for continuing to surprise me with how unique and incredible this community is. Keep crushing it!!!

Today was hard, I was tired both mentally and physically but I was looking forward to work out because I knew it would make me feel better. I listened to your “end of workout peptalk” before I started the workout because I needed, wasn’t feeling myself most of the workout but I kept going and pushed myself to give my best. Arise II completed! Today was a tough one to get out of bed and to get through in spots, especially that last circuit. But your words pushed me on and kept me in it. For me, working out is about having to shut off that negative or that voice that is giving me excuses. I just need to DO IT: Get moving, get the gear on, get set up, hit play, move and just don't think. Thank you for these workouts! I am feeling healthy and strong after Arise and Arise II. Bring on MOVE next week!
