Crushed it! At the end Sydney talked a lot about setting yourself up for success. For those of you with children teach them that Mommy's workout time is NOT to be interrupted. When my kids were infants I exercised while they were napping. As they got bigger as toddlers and young kids I got them set up with anything they needed so I could work out. Some days it was they were in the same room but building with magna tiles other times they were "working out with" Mommy (again in same room but out of the way). Now my kids are older (youngest is 8) and they know that "I'm going to workout now" is code for "Do you need anything from me now before I start, or it will have to wait" and It's Mommy time!

Sometimes I worry that when I have my first kid (this year) that it will interfere with my work out routine since so many parents make it sound impossible to work out. Hearing stories like this is such an inspiration and gives me hope. Congrats on prioritizing your health!

Thank you so much, Sydney, for helping me practice social distancing right now by providing us with your amazing at home workouts. I'm so glad I found your KZbin channel over a year ago and have been working out with you ever since. I've already gotten comfortable with getting a killer workout in the comfort of my own home. And now it's a huge benefit to help me minimize contact with people during this time. I'm 53. So as someone who is slightly older, albeit in excellent health, I don't want to take any unnecessary risks. So being able to workout at home is HUGE!!!! My workouts are my meditation and you are keeping me sane and relatively stress free during this time, and all the time quite frankly. Thank you!!! Love you and Dustin. I found your works out since a lot of us cannot go to the gym I love that they make you feel like you worked out but use minimal equipment as I only have dumbbells and a kettle bell I can join in.

I dont have the super heavy dumbbells (and you cant buy them anywhere right now 🙄) but I did this one today using my medium Glute Resistance band and my 3kg weights and wow, the burn! Thanks Sydney for providing such amazing flexible workouts that can be modified to suut the equipment we have ... I dont miss a day now, there is always something I find in your archive I want to try! 💪

Great workout, great burn. What are some substitutes for a "superman" move? I'm pregnant, so on the belly back extensions just don't work anymore. I've been doing bird-dog w/ alt arm and leg, but it gets boring after a while - looking for something else to mix it up!

Hi Sydney! I have been loving your workouts - thank you SO SO much for ALL the work you put into these!! I had a quick question for you...how many rest days per week do you recommend in general? I do not love taking rest days since I really enjoy working out:), but I've been wondering if I am overdoing it. I crushed it! However i got a lot of pain in my lower back on the first set of exercises that i didn't do as well. Guess i need more practice with the sumo squats with dumbbells. I felt the pain more in my lower back, instead of my legs. I did better on the last 2 sets.
