Fun and creative as always. Don't listen to those who claim to know what real yoga is. If they did, they wouldn't feel the urge to criticise someone who shares so much positive energy with others. You inspire us to move. You give and you ask for nothing in exchange. If that's not yogic than I don't know what is. Thank you!

Flow was excellent and felt great--another favorite of mine. Thanks, Nicole! One option if the microphone issue is still a problem is to record the voice after you make the video (and not to use a mic at all.) It does mean that it's twice as much work though since you'd have to do the class and then record the voiceover after on top of it.

Hi Francine! Great question. Some of both! I usually start teaching with a few specific poses or transitions in mind - and then I build from there while I'm teaching! However, sometimes I'll plan a whole class. And I've also started teaching without any idea of what I'd teach. Depends on the day!

oh gosh what a complicated flow. super long sequences, i had to watch the screen continuously, weird transitions and high pace... not able to concentrate, breathe, focus in the practice. this is not yoga really, it s just a high intensity workout based on asanas. yoga is SO MUCH more than this.
@NicoleWild4 жыл бұрын
Hi Elettra! I agree with you - that yoga is more than just this 45-minute sequence. Nobody is arguing that :) But there is a place in my practice for creative sequences that resonate with me + make my body feel good. And - that they're playful and FUN! I believe play is an incredibly important thing. I'm simply sharing from that place and I completely respect that my classes won't resonate with everyone!
@zachary_ellis3 жыл бұрын
This video has unfortunately pushed me to search for another teacher due to the very intense audio disturbance which is not indicative of a peaceful morning practice, coupled with comments in other videos such as "I'm falling" or "I can't speak" which set a clumsy tone for my day and although very human errors I find quite unprofessional. Up until now I have enjoyed your work, I hope you take this advice onboard and continue to inspire other in the future in a more refined way.
