I v been stretching 2 years ago i still far from middle split a bit close in front...i m training for high kick but feel bone dont let my knee come up....is there strategy to reach spllt or i m on my limit coz my hips usually hurt a bit. Thanks

Hey Eyal, thank you so much! This session does include a warm up so I would say it's irrelevant for this session. The first exercises warm up your body in the right way!
