Hello from Oregon, Sidney. I'm 72 years old and have been working out for many years. But I gave up going to the gym during the pandemic, and flab has come upon me - YUCK. I discovered your workouts and love the variety and your teaching notes. You are terrific and I am grateful I discovered your videos.

Good Morning. I really liked it when you listed out in the description the exercises we were going to do. Then, before the workout I could reference those same exercises I had done previously to make sure I was using at least those same weights. I am trying to track and use the same or increasing weight each time. Thank you,

It's 22:55 here In the United Kingdom and I just finished this workout. I was so close to not doing this today but my family have been so supportive they got me on my mat. Thanking God for my family and you Sydney ❤

I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

I ended up taking an unintended 3 week break. But I'm forgiving myself and moving on and jumping back in! This was tough, especially the shoulders after 2.5 hours of kayaking yesterday, but I loved it!!

Perfect workout for the start of the week. It was tough to show up today - I missed two workouts last week so I had the "You've fallen off the wagon - go eat cake. No! Just get back on the wagon!" dialogue going on. Didnt eat cake. Got back on the wagon. Thanks for showing up for us Sydney!! STF 2023 🎉

I started to enjoy alot when you say that where there is pain its working, now when any movement of workout that make me feel pain I just tell myself I am getting this tone up and the pain is telling me I need this. My favorites Quotes "No Pain No Gain" since 18Yrs has been a way for me to face all challenges in life that when hardship or pain or obstacles or challenges come I know that this path will help me to better version of myself and I will past this path with ease. Wow I did not feel like getting up this morning but I'm so glad I did! Even though it's my day off, I know I would have an internal fight with myself to come back later in the day. I love starting the day with supersets. This one went by so quick and now I'm feeling strong! 💪

Here I am again. This was by far the best full body workout.. I can't even believe how strong I am. 20 for shoulders and 25 for legs. The ABS SECTION was the most incredible burn I have ever had. Wow. Sydney you are a Beast! ❤️❤️❤️🙏. Love this program so much. Awesome work everyone

Both my 5 year old and 9 month old sons fell asleep in the car yesterday. I was able to carry them both into the house at the same time. I definitely credit this to the last month of weight training! Thanks for the great sets and encouragement to keep going!
