We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. kzbin.infoUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.

@@Berozgar-e4m About the beginner part: You might wanna start with something shorter, 80 min nonstop exercise is bound to make a beginner sore all over for the next few days. Gradually build up to it. As to the obese part: it's already low impact but to be even safer; whenever you see a jogging or rope skipping motion, walk instead. Don't go deep during lunge/squat motions, keep it minimal. Sidestep instead of rollerskate. That way your knee and hip joints won't come under much stress.

You don't have to. Just make sure you have a calorie deficit. If you exceed it, then you have exercise to bring it back down.

Start weight - 75.9kg 15th December - I plan on starting from tomorrow 16th December - I didn’t start today also but tomorrow seems good 17th December - I didn’t want to start today also but I tried it out and walked 1,107 steps almost 10 mins. I have a very hard time keeping up but lets see 18 and 19 dec - didn’t get time to workout 20th dec - I walked 3,000 steps today almost 25 mins i guess and OMG i turned into a red tomato!!!!! My body was burning up ufff Story time i didn’t get time to workout cause it was winter vacation and guess what i gained extra 3kg with 2 weeks 🥹😭😭😭😭😭😭 well i did eat a lot of food haha but happy new year and I am going to start working out again Current weight - 78.5kg Jan 2nd - 3k steps Jan 3rd - 5k steps 🎉 felt like giving up but i pushed through 😭

I did the whole workout...but I muted your music and played ACDC and I did 11788 steps. That band can make me push myself so hard when I exercise, I can't slow down. I was on fire! Then I was still fired up and I did mountain climbers and burpees. I'll back for more tomorrow. This is my sixth day of doing over 13,000 steps a day. Now it's time to walk to the beach that's another 3,000 steps more. Your videos are very good!

HOW MUCH CALORIE YOU WILL BURN WITH THIS EXERCISE: CALCULATE: Calories Burned=6.02 X your weight in kg example: your weight is 100 kg calories burned =602kcal (multiply 100 with 6.02) It is an estimation but a good one (5.6km per hour paced walk)

сделала полностью всю тренировку, пропустила минутный отдых, даже усложняла некоторые упражнения и не устала. класс!! рост: 165 вес: 46 буду делать через день\каждый день, посмотрим, что изменится. 2 день: снова вся тренировка. сожгла 900 кал, нашагалось 13к шагов = 10км. всё хорошо, но отвеса не было (думаю что это отеки, т.к. суточную норму калорий не превышала + тренировалась много)

I did this workout for the first time today!! It’s definitely going to be one I repeat. Though I may do 45 minutes rather than the full 1.5 hours. I really love the simplicity of the movements. My heart rate was up and I wasn’t angry because I couldn’t follow your feet. It’s so frustrating when these workouts try to introduce a weird compound dance move in 10 seconds. I can’t even. 😂

I just cannot imagine this burns 1000 kcal i have done it many times and it was not really challenging but i do like these kind of Workouts when i dont want to work out or i have knee Pain

I love these videos. Sometimes I get a little nauseous around 5,000 steps so I take a 5 minute break and finish it out. As a perfectionist who wants to do everything exactly right, I've learned patience with my body and it's stamina. I love the challenge though!😂

Its soo good I have to comment again,the choice of music in this video is awesome! It keeps me going.I do this and its like a happy dance party in my house my kids happy and sings along sometimes dances along.Im addicted .Its almost 9 Km and I burn almost 600+ this is a fun and very enjoyable workout ❤
