This is an incredible practice. This teacher is on a whole other level - so amazing. I felt completely safe and strong and guided. I cannot thank you enough - I loved it so much I did this one twice this week so far.
What a wonderful practice! It’s vigorous enough, yet paced the right way and with a nice relaxation at the end. I enjoyed this sequence and look forward to doing it again. Lauren, thanks for the positive reinforcement throughout the sequence and for reminding us of importance of being confident and accepting.

I very much enjoyed this class! 28 weeks pregnant and had to do some small adjustments along the way to make it work for me but I really like the flow and pace. Thank you!

beautiful, exactly the pace i needed on a day like today - slow flow but with strength and relaxation. I would have liked more explanation along the way for why we do certain poses the way she instructs as a result of pregnancy (e.g. instead of full side plank balanced, or knees on the ground pushups vs. full plank pushups - is it an option or not advised in 3rd tri?)_

This practice helped me more than I was expecting. I am halfway through my second trimester so I didn’t use the blocks except in seated position. I have chronic lower back and sciatica pain from an injury and a career in standing (Hairstylist). In my chavasana pose (sp?) with the bolster I felt NO PAIN in my low back which almost never happens. The pain is constant, just to varying degrees of strength. Thank you for this strengthening and stretching practice and I will continue to use your pregnancy yoga in my daily habits. Namaste.

I really like those poses with Lauren, but I have to say, that the music was kind of annoying 😭 couldn’t do the full class…

Honestly this class is super hard, especailly eagle pose and warrior poses holding time too long. I have been practicing Ashtangayoga for 5 years,but this class super challenge for me. I am 25weeks pregnant. My stomach and lower belly were tired after this class. Be careful.

Very nice, but still, she talks waaay to much, and she makes it so hard to concentrate and get to that peaceful state of mind. It s the first yoga practice that I was really tempted to cancel due to that.

If you’re looking for something beginner friendly this is not it. This was rather fast paced and it was hard to keep up, I ended up stopping at the 35min mark bc I was so exhausted.

i really try to do this practice but you dont stop talkig!! its yogaaa.. i need some quiet. a really try but after 8 min of you non stop talking its raelly to much... sorry
