That progressive overload was merciless. Flew by, almost felt like a “No repeat” and the BW at the end😮. That bicycle combo and legs lift, flutter…after having our core engaged before to do all these 0:16 1/4 and 3 counts down! Thanks, it was wonderful.💃🏾🙏🏾🧚🏾♂️🌺💜👊🏾💪🏾💫

Loved the core finisher! I love these longer workouts also. I won't do it if it's under 45 mins I know that sounds silly but it's the truth. I like the power hour style too thanks for your creative workouts

Those bicycle combos were as much of a workout for my brain as they were for my abs 😅 great workout! I love a good repeat-y strength workout, it's the best way to feel ~the burn~ and make some good progress IMO!
