Grab your suspension trainer, and a mat for this 45 minute total body strength focused workout. Every exercise is performed for 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, we will have 15 seconds to recover and transition into the next exercise. Watch me during the recovery. We will have a longer recovery when we need to change the strap length.
We begin with a quick body weight warm-up before getting into our TRX exercises. For most of the exercises, as an option, walk it further away from the anchor point to make the exercise more do-able, and walk it closer to the anchor point to make it more challenging

Love this one!!! I have all of your TRX workout saved and cycle through them regularly as my strength workouts during marathon training. This particular one is my favorite (I love them all) because of some of the unique moves (love the inner thigh work) and intensity. THANK YOU!!!

I'm 10,5. Months pp with my second baby. I have a prolapse and it's been awful. I'm finally in a good place. Been doing some basic stuff to strengthen my body. I feel like the trx is working wonders. I'm no where near my pre baby body but I'm feeling strong. And this workout was bomb! I hope my kids will let me sleep bc my body needs sleep after this amazing workout. More trx :D

I teach English online and found it hard to find a good one.. Especially where one doesnt hear the breathing..
