Great job! I have been working out for years and I always get super nervous at the start of a workout. During the first few sets I'm always out of breath because of anxiety.

WOWZA!!!!! I have to say that I'm SUPER PROUD of myself this morning!!! 8 months post hip replacement surgery, and I got through that workout feeling RESILIENT and STRONG!!!! Thank you so much Ms Sydney for giving me the motivation and determination to challenge myself instead of giving in!!! I'll forever be grateful to finding you!!!!

The RESULT program has been my favourite program so far this year! I returned to a regular workout routine within the past two months following surgery last year, and I am feeling the burn in more ways than one.

I loved today's workout. I am not a fan of leg workouts but loved the unilateral challenge. I hope Sydney keeps doing unilateral workouts.

I remember when i first started your workouts... Leg workouts were tough for me. I was not used to glute bridges, i really dreaded them. Alot of your moves were so uncomfortable, and now I look back, I've made huge progress, my legs are strong, sculpted and my glutes are 🔥❤️ you changed me as a person, physically and mentally.! You will always be my hero Sydney.!!!❤️

Love Sydney and her workouts! (It would be great if different music could be mixed in though as I'm pretty sure the same songs have been played in just about every workout for the whole Process program so far, which is 2.5 months in. I really prefer hearing Sydney's vocal instruction, but am debating switching to workout captions and Spotify for music, as it's been difficult to continue with those same songs 5 workouts a week for that long.)

On the last round of single leg bridges with the pulse, I had to take a breather and I looked over and Sydney was too, I laughed out loud, I feel ya girl 😊 I really love having a trainer that goes rep for rep that is challenging herself too. Great work everyone!

Thank you I've so been craving two rounds instead of three. It's been such a long time and it adds so much more variety or interest. Lol but then we went back to the three rounds which is very tough especially on unilateral work. But we made it! Thanks for all you do. Respectfully, if we could have more of two rounds for some extra variety that would be awesome. but Totally totally grateful for all you do. So please don't take the wrong way. I don't usually sweat in my strength work outs and despite my crushing it, I sometimes feel it's not as effective. Thank you Sydney for re-affirming that non-sweaty strength work outs are still very beneficial and effective. I needed to hear that. 💖💖💖

I'm unbelievably sore from the 500 rep challenge from yesterday's workout 😫 regardless I'm crushing this one today. I might have to modify since I'm really sore and i don't want to injure myself but I will get it done. Leg day here we go 💪🦵🔥

Yesterday's workout was ridiculous. As much as one wants to challenge themselves, don't think many of Sydney's squad are planning to train for the Olympics! One could easily get injured pushing themselves to that limit.

WOW WOW WOW . That was an amazing workout!!! That clam shell/fire hydrant combo was 🔥🔥🔥 . Loving the glute and leg pump for sure . Generally I don’t like longer workouts but because they are isolation, I respect the process so much more. I was telling my husband last night that I have a feeling that I am going to be more shredded than ever this summer. And I don’t just mean my body fat. My muscles are poppin! I’ve been working out with Sydney since 2020 and although my nutrition was much better then and that’s when I lost most of my weight of body fat, something is just different about the last 2-3 months. I am still loving each program. I feel like this is just the start of what we will get into for Summer Time Fine

This program is kicking my butt. My abs were screaming the day after the 500 rep workout (still slightly sore today) and I woke up today with sore legs after completing this workout yesterday. Love feeling that burn!!!
