Join me for a 30 minute LOWER BODY WORKOUT to sculpt your legs and glutes. We'll be using dumbbells for some of the exercises, and just body weight for others. Today I'll be using two 15LB dumbbells. I've included a quick warm up and cool down as well. So grab your mat and get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

I just turned 60 a few months ago and needed a challenging workout, but not too strenuous. I loved this and will be doing more. Did your upper body yesterday.

The BEST lower body workout you have done! Great transition time between the floor and standing exercises. Great verbal cues. 15 pounds is a great weight and you drop one to change things up. Your modifications are super helpful. Thank you!

FANTASTIC workout! Relaxing, challenging, and a really fun video. A very beneficial workout for me. I really like the fact that you don't have beeps or rings or a lot of talikng like many other videos. Those additions are really distracting to me. Note to self: NICE ONE! Need to get a chair. Curtsy lunge was difficult on the left leg because of the knee. Will come come back to this workout. Thanks Mikala! ♥ (5/21/24)

I lift heavy and needed a lower body change. I’m 50 y/o. I felt like this was a nice challenge, yet totally doable. My back was starting to hurt from the heavy lifting. I really enjoyed this.
