I do a similar workout every morning. Mike Tyson Pushups changed my whole game. I've started trying to do them on my fingertips by I can't even do ten of those yet lol.

45 years old what !! Age is just a number, because of my knowledge of fitness strength and conditioning, the way you train move and your consistency in it tells me that you are still 25 years old conditioning wise, because some men are 25 years old and conditioning wise they are 50 years old FITNESS MEANS WHEN YOU CAN COMPLETE A WORKOUT OR TRAINING UNDER THE TIME REQUIRED AND YOU ALWAYS ACCOMPLISHED THAT, so don't talk about age next time FITNESS WARRIOR

If you stand with your back against that 🧱 wall it will prevent all that swinging and momentum you got going on with those bicep curls. Those appear too heavy for you Great video phenom.

55 and I do 14 sets minimum and 20-30 reps of the mike Tyson push ups.🫤 beside my other exercises..
