I clicked on this video because I lived there last year and Ive already got some things to say! First your ranger friend lied to you because some of the most beautiful parts of the park are not in the Valley. The valley only makes up a small percentage of the whole park. Also please everyone don't climb closer to the waterfalls. It's so dangerous even if you only step on dry rocks those rocks have seen water in the past and are so slick. It's very dangerous any time of year to climb on large boulders that are under waterfalls because of how slick they are. Stay safe in your parks people!!

Thanks for any tips I loved the video, heading there soon!
@ChadandClaire3 жыл бұрын
Hey Katie! You will need a reservation to camp in the parks as far as we know of. The only park that we could camp for free was Death Valley! Which was awesome! Just certain requirements for being off the main road. Otherwise I would be careful camping without a reservation in the parks. Definitely check out national forests though. They are HIGHLY underrated. No crowds, more wildlife, and lots of free camping.
